Awareness Through Movement | ATM
ATM are group classes where each person can pro-actively research his/her own options according to the movement pattern proposed by the practitionner. This is an opportunity to look at the process rather than at the aim, release the tensions of the day and go for some discovery about oneself!
Individual Sessions | Functional Integration
Individual sessions are a one-to-one approach. The practitionner guides you through touch (the client is fully dressed) and a non-verbal dialogue starts.
